At Shaadi Alliance, we strive to provide high-quality matrimonial and matchmaking services. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before purchasing any membership or service.

All membership and service fees paid to Shaadi Alliance are for the selected service plan and are generally non-refundable.

Shaadi Alliance provides matchmaking and profile-sharing services only. While we make every effort to introduce suitable matches, we do not guarantee:

• Marriage or engagement.
• A fixed number of responses or acceptances.
• Compatibility between members.
• Successful communication between members.

You may request to cancel your membership at any time by contacting our support team. However, cancellation of a membership does not entitle you to a refund of the fees already paid.

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances, including:

• Duplicate payment made for the same service.
• Payment processed successfully but the service could not be activated due to a technical error caused by Shaadi Alliance.
• Any other case where Shaadi Alliance determines that a refund is appropriate.

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed using the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

If you upgrade your existing membership, the applicable upgrade charges will be communicated before payment. Upgrade payments are also non-refundable once the upgraded services have been activated.

Members are responsible for providing accurate information while registering. Refunds will not be issued due to:

• Incorrect information submitted by the user.
• Change of personal preference.
• Delay in responding to profiles.
• Rejection by prospective matches.
• Dissatisfaction based solely on matchmaking outcomes.

Shaadi Alliance reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates our Terms & Conditions or engages in fraudulent or abusive activities. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
